About
My name is Julia. I’m Ukraine-born and Argentine-based IT Product Manager. For over ten years, I coordinate cross-functional teams and build software products. I’m excited by the intersection between technology, business, marketing, and science.
I believe in our industry too many resources are wasted building the products that nobody wants. Why building robust and scalable fancy systems if no one uses them?
My goal is to prevent this by validating the ideas first. Before building the full-featured product, formulate the goals, outline assumptions, conduct minimal experiments (or MVPs) to see how customers respond, and measure the result. Talk to your customers during the whole process.
Thus we’ll create well-designed, simple products that solve real-world problems.
